Each individual player is permitted to hold only one registered 288bit Account. The creation of multiple Accounts by a single individual — whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate Accounts are identified, 288bit reserves the right to close all associated Accounts, void pending bets, and forfeit any balances held therein without prior notice.
288bit operates a mandatory KYC verification process in compliance with its international gaming licence obligations. Prior to processing any withdrawal request, and at 288bit's discretion at any other time, Players may be required to submit Verification Documents including a valid government-issued National Identity Card (CNIC), proof of residential address, and documentation confirming the payment method used. Failure to provide satisfactory Verification Documents within the timeframe specified by 288bit may result in withdrawal delays or Account suspension.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 288bit Login credentials, including your username and password. You must not disclose your login credentials to any third party. 288bit will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must notify 288bit immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account.
All 288bit Accounts for Pakistani players are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). All deposits, wagers, bonuses, winnings, and withdrawals will be processed and displayed in PKR. 288bit does not charge currency conversion fees on PKR-denominated accounts. Where a Player deposits using a payment method that operates in a different currency, the applicable conversion rate at the time of transaction will apply.
An Account is considered inactive if no login activity has been recorded for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. 288bit reserves the right to apply a monthly inactivity administration fee to dormant Accounts following written notice to the registered email address. Players may reactivate an inactive Account at any time by completing the 288bit Login process and contacting customer support.
288bit accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods for Pakistani players:
All deposits must be made from payment accounts or methods registered in your own name. Deposits made from third-party accounts will be returned where technically feasible, and may result in Account suspension pending investigation. Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method; the current minimum for JazzCash and EasyPaisa deposits is Rs 200. 288bit reserves the right to amend minimum and maximum deposit limits at any time with reasonable prior notice.
Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit wherever possible, in compliance with anti-money laundering obligations. Withdrawals will only be processed following satisfactory completion of KYC verification. Processing times vary by payment method; mobile wallet withdrawals (JazzCash, EasyPaisa) are typically processed within one (1) to three (3) business hours during Pakistan Standard Time business hours. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one (1) to three (3) business days. 288bit does not charge withdrawal fees on standard transactions, though your payment provider's own charges may apply.
288bit maintains strict anti-money laundering (AML) and counter-terrorism financing (CTF) policies in accordance with its international gaming licence requirements. All transactions on the platform are subject to automated monitoring. 288bit reserves the right to delay, suspend, or block any transaction that triggers AML/CTF screening protocols, and to report suspicious activity to relevant regulatory authorities where required by applicable law.
All bonuses, free spins, promotional credits, and other incentive offers made available on the 288bit platform are subject to these General Bonus Terms in addition to any specific terms published with the individual promotion. In the event of conflict, the specific promotion terms shall take precedence.
Unless explicitly stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, all Bonus Funds are subject to a wagering requirement that must be satisfied before any winnings derived from Bonus Funds may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier is specified in each promotion's individual terms. Wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period stated for the relevant bonus. Bonus Funds that are not wagered within the validity period will expire and be removed from the Account without compensation.
Bonuses are available to eligible registered Players aged 21 and above. Unless otherwise stated, welcome bonuses are available to new Players on their first qualifying deposit only. 288bit reserves the right to limit bonus eligibility, withdraw bonus offers, or modify bonus terms at any time. Players found to be abusing bonus programmes — including through the use of multiple Accounts, coordinated bonus harvesting, or exploitation of technical errors — will have their bonuses voided and may have their Accounts suspended.
Not all games contribute equally toward satisfying wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100% of each stake toward wagering requirements. Live dealer games, table games, and sports betting products may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all. The specific contribution rates applicable to each promotion are detailed in the individual promotion terms.
The 288bit game catalogue, including slots, live dealer tables, fishing games, and arcade titles, is subject to change at any time. 288bit does not guarantee the ongoing availability of any specific game or game provider. Games may be added, modified, or removed from the platform without prior notice.
All 288bit casino game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems or, in the case of live dealer games, by physical dealing and spinning processes conducted in a supervised studio environment. Return-to-Player (RTP) figures are published on individual slot game pages and represent theoretical long-term averages across millions of game rounds — they do not guarantee specific outcomes in individual play sessions.
In the event of a game malfunction, software error, or technical fault that results in an incorrect display of game results, balance figures, or bonus triggers, 288bit reserves the right to void the affected game round and return the staked amount to the Player's Account. 288bit shall not be liable for any losses arising from game malfunctions beyond the return of the original stake. Malfunction voids all pays and plays.
288bit applies maximum single-session win limits across its game catalogue. These limits vary by game type and are detailed in the individual game's terms. Where a Player's winnings from Bonus Funds exceed the applicable maximum win limit in a single session, winnings above the cap will be removed from the Account and the Player will retain only the capped amount.
All sports bets placed on the 288bit sportsbook are subject to these Terms and Conditions and the specific Sportsbook Rules applicable to the relevant sport and market. Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed. 288bit reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet at its discretion without providing a reason.
The 288bit cricket sportsbook covers Pakistan Super League (PSL) fixtures, bilateral international series, ICC tournament matches, and other domestic cricket competitions. Cricket betting markets include but are not limited to: match winner, series winner, top run scorer, top wicket taker, total sixes, total runs per innings, first over total, and live in-play markets. Settlement of cricket betting markets is based on official match results as confirmed by the relevant governing body (PCB, ICC). In the event of a match being abandoned, voided, or reduced in overs, specific abandonment and reduction rules published in the Sportsbook Rules document shall apply.
A bet may be declared void and the original stake returned to the Player's Account in circumstances including: event cancellation, match abandonment where no result is declared, clear pricing errors on odds, or where 288bit determines that the integrity of the event has been materially compromised. Void bets are settled at odds of 1.00 (even money) and the stake is returned.
Live in-play betting markets are subject to rapid odds changes and temporary market suspensions. Bets placed during a suspension period will not be accepted. 288bit cannot guarantee the continuous availability of live in-play markets and accepts no liability for the unavailability of in-play betting on any specific event or market.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the 288bit platform solely for your personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 288bit, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of the 288bit platform, including but not limited to:
288bit's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
288bit collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and Conditions and is incorporated herein by reference. By registering an Account on 288bit, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. 288bit implements industry-standard SSL encryption across all platform transactions and 288bit Login processes to protect your data in transit.
288bit reserves the right to suspend or close any Player Account at any time, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including: suspected breach of these Terms and Conditions, suspected fraudulent activity, failure to complete KYC verification within required timeframes, regulatory requirements, or commercial reasons. Where an Account is suspended pending investigation, 288bit will retain the PKR Balance in trust pending resolution of the investigation. Where an Account is closed due to a confirmed breach by the Player, 288bit may forfeit the PKR Balance to offset losses or investigation costs.
You may request the closure of your 288bit Account at any time by contacting 288bit customer support. Upon Account closure, any remaining real-money PKR Balance (excluding uncleared Bonus Funds) will be withdrawn to your registered payment method following completion of any outstanding KYC verification requirements. Account closure requests are typically processed within five (5) business days.
288bit reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where amendments are material, 288bit will provide notice to registered Players via email to the address registered on the Account, or via a prominent notice on the 288bit platform, at least fourteen (14) days prior to the amendments taking effect. Your continued use of the 288bit platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to an amendment, you must close your Account before the amendment takes effect.
288bit operates under an international gaming licence. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which 288bit's gaming licence is issued. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms and Conditions that cannot be resolved through 288bit's internal dispute resolution process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts or arbitral tribunals specified under 288bit's licensing framework. Nothing in this clause limits your rights as a consumer under the laws of your country of residence to the extent those rights cannot be contractually excluded.
